Perimenopause.
Just the word can stir up a swirl of emotions—confusion, resistance, curiosity, maybe even dread. For many of us, it’s a transition we didn’t quite see coming. One moment you feel grounded and strong, the next you're wondering why you’re crying in the grocery store aisle, wide awake at 3 a.m., or feeling like a stranger in your own skin.
And while the world may treat this season as something to suffer through or fix with a quick pill, God sees it differently.
He sees you.He’s with you.
You can look at perimenopause as an invitation to slow down, to let go, to receive deeper healing, and to rediscover who you are in Christ apart from roles, routines, and rhythms that may no longer fit.
The world often tries to silence women in midlife—to tell us our best years are behind us, our voices are less needed, and our value is fading. But God says otherwise.
He says you are still radiant.
Still chosen.
Still anointed.
Still becoming.
This 21-day devotional journal is here to walk with you through the complex, beautiful terrain of perimenopause. Each day will invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the One who never changes, even as everything else seems to.
Let this devotional be a daily reminder that grace is meeting you exactly where you are and leading you gently forward into everything you’re becoming.
Welcome to Grace in the Transition.
